James' New Trick Video

Here is James' new trick! It's so cute! He does it all the time! Enjoy!

Here are some pictures of the rest ice we had in Central Texas. The kids are all bundled up and waiting on the bus...luckily they didn't have to go to school at regular time...it was 10 am and there still was ice on the ground, on our vehicles, in the trees, etc. In fact, I couldn't even open my doors to the van at first.

Even the birds were tucked in and trying to stay warm...I couldn't tell you now many birds we had in our backyard...there were at least a dozen red cardinals! And dove...man were there a bunch of them! They really seem to like our trees!

James will be crawling very soon...I think he'll have it down by mid-February! Look out world here he comes! He also does push ups...it's so cute!

James - 6 months old

Can you believe it...James is now 6 months old! It just seems like yesterday I found out we were pregnant with him! Isn't he so adorable! My oh my look at my Honey Bear!

He really loves his feet - he's like me because his feet are really ticklish!

Now he's beginning to get up on all fours and rock! His all fours could be his hands and knees or his hands and feet! It won't be long and he'll be chasing us around the house!

Look at my big boy sitting on the baby scale...that was the scale from when I was born...boy that's an old scale! LOL!

Bowling Fun!

After we attended a birthday party in Waco, we took the kids bowling. They had a blast! I think Andrew's going to be a bowler...he's very observant of us when we bowl and he's starting to try to hold the ball by the holes.

James started sitting up with no props this month. Look how good he's at it! My baby boy is growing up!

James has started scootin'! First he puts his head down. Then he puts his feel and legs under him. Finally he puts his booty in the air and pushes with his feet/legs. And waalaa...he's scootin'!

This video is really blurry but it is too cute not to share! I don't have another video of him laughing yet so I wanted to share James laugh...it just makes me smile and laugh every time I view it...I hope it does for you too...

While Tracie goes to dialysis, I keep Bryce...he loves to play with James...he gets down on the floor and talks or plays with James...it's SO CUTE!!!

Here is a picture of my boys sleeping one Sunday afternoon...it was too cute not to photograph!

We were at Gary & Tracie's one evening and the boys decided to ride Bryce's new 4-wheeler...it was too cute...Andrew kept telling Bryce to get on and finally he did and they rode around the house...'til the battery nearly ran down....They had a blast though!

New Year 2009

Happy New Year! Hat's off to the end of 2008 but best wishes toward 2009! We celebrated the beginning of the new year at Wendy and Brian's house. Megan played and played and played and didn't notice how late it was...Andrew on the other hand kept asking, "Is it the new year yet? Can we go to sleep yet?" Doesn't he look so sleepy?
